Mohawk at Wynwood is proposed as a 12-story and 8-story multifamily residential building with 226 dwelling units and a total floor area of 422,007 sf.

The dwelling units feature 24,629 sf of ground floor retail, which will activate not only NE 28th and 29th Streets, but also the pedestrian crosswalk, which will serve as the gateway to Wynwood from Midtown. The crosswalk will also be a permanent connection between NE 28th and 29th Streets, expanding Wynwood's growing network of walkways.
